We find ourselves looking for a Project Manager (bilingual DE/ ENG) who will integrate in the GNT team in Düsseldorf.

YOUR FUNCTION:

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful organization of business and IT projects. You manage projects from A to Z, in consultation with the sponsor business. Make the daily management of all project activities such as management of scope, schedule, exits and risks. Your primary responsibility is in satisfactory achievement, qualitative and timely desired objectives in terms of projects, as well as the coordination and management of the project team.

You define, in consultation with the business sponsor, the scope, budget and project schedule.
Planning, structure and direct the business and functional activities of the project.
You follow with ICT Delivery Manager, the smooth running of IT developments.
Make sure the daily management of scope and schedule of the project.
You detect and manage issues / risks / change requests and bring solutions.
You pass the "blocking issues" to management.
You prepare and announce meetings of the project team and copils (steering committees).
You are the guarantor of the End-To-End quality features and you made sure they comply with the defined requirements.
Make sure the communication and coordination of all project activities in collaboration with the various stakeholders: PMO manager, test manager, ICT, users, process designer, external parties ...

PROFILE:

3-5 years experience in project management.
Result oriented with excellent organizational skills
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills (out-of-the-box thinking)
Good communication skills and experience in alignment within different hierarchical levels (project team, colleagues and top hierarchy).
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
The candidate preferably has experience in the financial sector or in consumer credit.
The candidate preferably has a Strong experience in AS 400, GAP, RPG, ILE; languages C, WINDEV, JAVA; Data: SQL, XML and methodologies: MERISE, CMMI, SOX is requested.
Prince2 certification / PMI or PMP PMBok experience is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of German and English.
